From the jump, the staff treated us like fam, always smiley and ready to help. Breakfast spread was dope—like mad choices every morning. Our family suite was spacious, clean, and comfy. Just wish that street noise outside wasn’t a thing, but they said it'll be fixed soon. Felt real good there, ya know?

i had an enjoyable stay with easy access to the beautiful gullele botanical garden and the vibrant lela gallery, perfect for my weekend city strolls around addis ababa.

grand palace is centrally located in a highly secured area, making it easy to explore the city. the beautiful victorian and traditional decor throughout is impressive. i loved the daily breakfast buffet, especially the traditional dishes like firfir and ginger tea. the gym is well-equipped and helped me relax after a long day.

I had a delightful stay at The Grand Palace Hotel. The courteous staff made every effort to ensure my comfort, always greeting me with smiles. I particularly enjoyed the varied breakfast buffet, including delicious traditional Ethiopian dishes, which set a wonderful tone for my day.

Street noise at times.

the shower drained soooo slowly, I had to kick water into the drain, like really? also, I asked for a late checkout, and they made a fuss and said there were guests waiting, how ‘distinguished’ of them! I almost thought of giving a good review, but the entire experience was just too much, I certainly expected better.

the grand palace was beautifully designed, with art pieces enhancing the atmosphere. the staff was super polite, eager to help with anything I needed. the spa was amazing too! massages and treatments were top-notch.
